Cynthia Cabrera is President and Lead Consultant of Global Solutions & Services, Inc., a boutique consulting firm devoted to helping national and multinational organizations increase revenue and decrease cost through process improvement. Created in 2002, Global Solutions & Services, Inc. improves the bottom line by implementing Lean Principles to logistics management and throughout the supply chain.
Cynthia has 20 years of experience in ocean freight, air freight and trucking and has consulted for a large variety of shippers, transportation service providers and domestic and international government organizations. Cynthia has experience in project management and is completely fluent in English and Spanish. She also provides customized training in Lean Management and implementation as well as in logistics planning. Cynthia is an adjunct instructor at Broward College (Fort Lauderdale, FL.), and a guest instructor for the Southern United States Trade Association (SUSTA) and Miami Dade College’s “Export Readiness” Program.
